Retainer-based
Project support or for ongoing assistance as needed.  Minimum 40 hour commitment.

Fractional Product Management
Fractional product management is an engagement built around a longer term effort with a three month minimum engagement.  Pricing is based on the percentage of my time utilized over the term of engagement.
